If enjoying apricots wasn’t easy enough, we’ve gone and infused and preserved them with our award winning single malt whisky. The combination of sweet natural sugars and our complex whisky is a match made in foodie heaven.

Contributing to the deliciousness is a star studded line-up of flavours including leatherwood honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and star anise.

Produced in Tasmanian our Whisky preserved apricots enjoy the freshness and flavour that can only come from locally sourced ingredients.
